TrainConnect
Our TrainConnect training is designed to help your company create an organization that is more focused on providing service that customers rave about. While it was originally developed for our ServiceConnect transactional survey clients, it can be adapted to any environment as long as there is some measurement process in place. The TrainConnect services are in two major categories:
- Training on the effective use of our LinkConnect online feedback system. This training is typically done via webinar though it can be done in person. It focuses on how to most effectively use the online system to get information about customer service performance.
- TrainConnect training offers a highly interactive training approach that engages participants through the use of discussion, reflection and case studies. The training is designed to strengthen your team’s customer service skills by focusing on the elements needed to create a positively memorable customer service experience. Participants will hear from the voice of the customer during the training. Examples are drawn from interviews conducted by The Daniel Group or from your own survey process.
TrainConnect training focuses on how to intentionally improve customer service. Participants will evaluate the current level of customer service, compare their finding to the ideal state of customer service and implement necessary changes. This session addresses successfully managing customer’s expectations. Our training facilitates discussions of best practices and take-aways from actual cases. Topics include managing expectations, working with challenging customers and work-place environment.
